About the role
This is a 12-month consulting assignment with excellent opportunities for permanent recruitment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, with PreZero Recycling explicitly intending to offer you a permanent position with them in the long term. This provides both you and PreZero Recycling with a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how well you fit together.

💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Transport Manager, you will lead a team where you develop, plan, and follow up on the department's daily operations. Additionally, you will maintain contact with customers to inform them about their deliveries and handle follow-ups on various issues. Thus, you have a coordinating and administrative role, which includes pricing, invoicing, order intake, as well as complaint and deviation handling. Finally, you will work on reporting deviations, ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with current permits and laws, working environment standards, inventorying pickup points, and conducting safety rounds. You will have close cooperation with PreZero's internal departments and report to the department manager.

• Development and planning of the department's daily operational activities
• Maintaining good relationships with subcontractors, customers, and authorities
• Ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with ISO, permits, and laws

🔍 Education, experience, and personal attributes

• Work experience with specifically hazardous waste within the recycling and waste industry
• Experience in transport management is an asset
• Good computer and system skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
